Learn to taste wine
We choose an approachable selection of six wines and practise the basics: looking, smelling, tasting and recording your preferences.

Six wines. A small group. Plenty of room for your own taste.
One person notices ripe pear, another thinks of flowers. You prefer the crisp wine, while your neighbour chooses the full-bodied red. Everyone brings a different nose and palate to the table.
At a CellarMemo tasting, I guide you through the wines at an easy pace. Learn about what is in your glass, find words for aromas and flavours, and compare your impressions. With four to eight participants, there is time for questions and the conversation a bottle naturally inspires.

If you have tasted before, explore a theme and compare how origin and style shape each wine. Every public evening will state its level.
Use CellarMemo during the evening to record your tasting notes and scores. Later, look up your favourite wine on your phone and remember why you enjoyed it.
There is a small gift at the end. We are keeping the details a surprise for now. It is connected to the launch of CellarMemo and tasting together.
Join an evening built around a theme that interests you. Each announced event will include its level, date, time, venue, number of wines, price and inclusions.
The first public dates will be announced soon.
