Monthly flexibility or annual savings
Choose how to pay when you start. Monthly billing pays for one month upfront and renews each month. Annual billing pays for twelve months upfront and renews each year. You can cancel for the end of your paid period. After the initial fixed term, you can cancel an automatically renewed subscription with at most one month’s notice.
Both options give you all your plan’s features and full capacity straight away. Monthly billing grants new AI scans each paid month. Annual billing makes the whole year’s allowance available after payment.
Cancellation and your paid end date
Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. You can cancel for the end of your current paid period and retain access until that date. Contact support@cellarmemo.com. After the initial fixed term, you can cancel an automatically renewed subscription with at most one month’s notice.
Take your data with you
After an upfront annual subscription, you have 30 days of export access. After a monthly subscription, you have 7 days of export access. During this period, you can sign in to download your permitted personal data. Adding bottles, tasting notes and scans is suspended.
Export options include Excel for wine records and ZIP for permitted personal data, photos, labels and documents. The feature comparison shows which export options are available. Reminders and a visible deadline help you download in time.
You are responsible for downloading your data in time and keeping it safe.
After the export period, your account becomes Free and former paid collection data is deleted under the retention policy. Exceptions apply to legally required records and data independently owned by other users. If you reactivate a paid subscription within the export period, successful payment restores the data still held and cancels its scheduled deletion.
Cooling-off period for online purchases
An online service subscription generally has a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after confirmation of the agreement. You can withdraw within that period without giving a reason by contacting support@cellarmemo.com.
If you want the paid service to start immediately, the purchase requires your express request to begin during the cooling-off period. Withdrawal may involve a proportionate charge for the service already supplied. The purchase information explains this before you agree.

Your tasting evening and credits
The free tasting is a one-off account entitlement, separate from the thirty-day introduction. A draft or cancellation before it starts leaves this entitlement available. Joining other people’s tastings stays free.

Annual billing gives you all included credits after payment. With monthly billing, each full credit becomes available after the stated number of paid months.
A credit is used when you create the tasting; the evening itself can take place later. The Family owner approves shared credits first. Included credits remain available under the validity rules of your active subscription.
Your free tasting is a one-off account entitlement, used only when the tasting starts.
Separately purchased credits are valid for twelve months to create a tasting. Gift tastings have the same validity. The best applicable discount is used.
